With more and more people becoming vegans, you would think that it would be easy to find tasty gluten-free vegan products where you live. However, many struggle to even find vegan chocolate. Thankfully, there is a company that now offers a reliable source of delicious, diverse, and high-quality vegan snacks, such as chips, organic dark chocolate, sweets, healthy beans, gluten-free kosher snack bars, and other simple vegan food and treats that you will love.
The Vegan Cuts Snack Box may be just right for you. Vegan Cuts also offers a makeup box and a beauty box, which we’ll cover elsewhere on the site. Here, we’ll focus on the basics of what the Vegan Cuts Snack Box contains, what to expect if you order and some technical basics having to do with box size and shipping. This review should give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on whether you want to subscribe to the Vegan Cuts Snack Box.
About Vegan Cuts
Founded by two vegans who are partners in life and in business, Vegan Cuts takes a homegrown approach to providing tasty snacks for vegans. They describe their team as “plant powered” and they provide in-house quality control for all the products in the box. They say that they test everything, so if there’s something that’s truly not to anyone’s taste, they’ll probably catch it before they send it out. Everyone has their preferences, but this kind of crowdsourcing maximizes the potential that the snacks they send out will be crowd-pleasing for most people. Vegan Cuts features a store on their website. Products in the store include heavily discounted vegan items that have appeared in past boxes and may appear in future boxes.
What Is In This Vegan-Friendly Box?
With a mix of healthy foods and less nutritious snacks, the Vegan Cuts Snack Box provides the perfect balance between health consciousness and fun.
You can find things like vegan eggs, which are useful for baking, packaged in the same box as a sustainably sourced dark chocolate bar and a single-serve sample of almond milk, among other goodies. Most of the products in the box are in full-size packages, though, of course, the size of the package will vary by product. You may get a multi-serving bag of vegan popcorn alongside a packet of vegan peanut butter cups containing two pieces.
Vegan Cuts doesn’t currently offer any customization options for their snack boxes. That means if you have any allergies, are strictly gluten-free or will not eat items without a GMO-free label, you may end up with a few items in your boxes that you can’t eat. The Vegan Cuts team strives to ensure that the majority of the products they offer are gluten-free, and they are conscious of the emphasis many vegans put on consuming non-GMO only, so they try to include as many of those products as possible as well. If your diet offers flexibility beyond veganism, this box may be suitable for you. If you have dietary restrictions beyond veganism, this box is a good choice if you have flexible eaters with whom to share those products you can’t enjoy.
Box Delivery Options
Vegan Cuts has both monthly subscription plans for its snack boxes and one-off gift box purchase options.
Get a monthly subscription if you want recurring deliveries and the one-off boxes if you want to sample their wares just once. These one-off boxes are also good as gifts.
Box Size Options
The monthly Vegan Snack Box has at least 10 items inside. Gift boxes will vary and typically offer more than 10 items.
Billing and Payment Info
You can choose from a monthly billing option and a prepaid 1, 3, 6 or 12-month subscription. The monthly billing option auto renews and the prepaid does not.
If you’re on the auto-renew monthly plan, you’ll be billed for your Vegan Cuts subscription on the same date of each month, typically a standard date for all subscribers rather than a date determined by when you sign up. You’ll need to cancel before the billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next box. Vegan Cuts doesn’t offer refunds.
Where They Ship
The Vegan Cuts Snack Box ships to both the US and to Canada.
